Seller questions
How do you decide on an asking price?
We look at comparable properties in your area, the condition and approvals of your property, land size and tenure, and what buyers are currently paying. Where a formal figure is needed, we coordinate with a registered valuator.
What documents do I need to sell?
Have your deed (and any lease, for leasehold property), survey plan, building approvals or completion certificate if available, and recent receipts for property-related taxes and utilities. Your attorney will confirm anything else needed for your sale.
How long does a sale take?
It depends on price, location and the buyer's financing. Once an Agreement for Sale is signed, completion usually follows after the buyer's attorney finishes title checks and the bank releases the mortgage funds.
Can you help me sell commercial or investment property?
Yes. We list offices, commercial buildings, land and income properties, and market them to business buyers and investors.
